Fantastic service, friendly, had a small computer problem, thay spent half an hour on it no charge because I have my car service there.

One of the best ways to measure a company's worth is in their after sales and service. I found the team at Titan Ford to have a very high level of service. Ryan and Daniel found some historical issues with my Ford Everest and fixed them all under warranty. There was no fuss. Just get on with the resolution which I found totally refreshing. Cannot rate Mark and his team higher. If I could I would. Thankyou for looking after me Titan Ford.

Don't get your car serviced here! Extremely disappointed with the service of my Ford ranger. Shabby work by the service technician as they left a tool still attached to the bottom of the car. The car was kept overnight instead of returning the same day which means I was without a car for work the next morning. The low oil level light came on while I was driving the car. This happened on my drive 1,400km up north and i was anxious all the way there and back as the low oil level light came back on twice during the trip. Had to pull immeditely over to the nearest fuel station and get the engine oil topped up as when i checked it was below the line on the rod!!! How can this pass their checks? When communicated this issue, the manager Sam dismissed my concerns by saying he is surprised that the oil light came on" and failed to respond to my emails thereafter (hence the review). Also he neither answered any of my calls nor returned them - quite cowadly for a manager! Please avoid this place for servicing your car if you care for your vehicle. Will avoid this place at any cost as it almost wrecked my 5 year old Ranger!"

Been trying to chase up payment approval for the repairs required to my vehicle which is due to be repaired at a Ford Dealership. I purchased a new Ford Ranger from you and had a few accessories fitted included in the sale. When your team fitted the accessories as previously discussed it damaged the vehicle from incorrect fitment. This included rear bar that wasn’t fitted correctly and damaged the tub, canopy wiring not fitted correctly with electronics put outside the vehicle when they are not waterproof rated, black spray paint overspray on white car, red arc controller not fitted correctly and more. I believe I had previously discussed this with the dealer principle too which I understood it would all be sorted. However, my local dealer and myself have reached out and have not yet been able to get that approval to have those damages caused by Geraldton Ford rectified.

Had a warning light come up whilst on holiday in the area. Called the dealership who said come in, car was checked and sorted out really quickly.

Generally good vehicle servicing but make sure you read the fine print which can be said for all dealerships. A few mistakes made but they've been rectified quickly. I've had better sales service from other ford dealers but this is my closest and I have the patience of a saint.

Highly recommended dealership. I have had Ford's for the last 15 years or so and the team at Seaview Ford made the whole process of buying a new car and trading in my old car quick, painless and enjoyable.

Ive yet to purchase a vehicle from Valley ford as yet, I'm an old employee of Bill Robbo many years back. Hope to catch up soon, and maybe I'll get a free coffee. Cheers everyone.
