I purchased a second hand car from these guys and the whole experience was something that really blew my mind. From my first contact phone call to enquire about a vehicle, and right through the whole purchase was such a relaxed and easy process. Josh Smith was in contact with me throughout the whole time which was delayed by my own cause. We spoke like friends , never any pressure . I am very happy with my new car , it is everything that I was looking for , it is a fine example of the quality this dealership prides itself on. Note I live in Perth and going down to Busso purely for the sake of buying a car was so worth it. Thanks , Dave.

I just purchased a new Ranger through Muir's Busselton. I could not be happier with the service I received, no pushy salesmen just wonderful customer service. Every staff member I spoke to was a pleasure and a big thankyou to Steve Wilks. From the custom canopy to the extras I added on Steve made everything simple.I can't recommend this dealership enough, I travelled from Bunbury to Busselton to buy my car and will be doing it again.

I booked my car in for a major service.I arrived on the day it was booked in to have its service.While checking it in I was asked what time I need it by. I answered as soon as its done.I was then told how it wod probably been quite late as they were really busy with some important bid jobs to do.Like most people I believe that my car service is important and I was also left thinking if you are so busy then why did you book my car in for today as well.He ended by saying we will try to get it done by 3pm bearing in mind it was about 9 am.I amused my self arround town 3pm came and went at about 3.40 I went back to Muir without being messaged as I told I would be.Ita was just finished I was told.He then told me that I needed to replace the windscreen wiper blades I needed new tyres and I needed to get my tracking checked.So all they did was apparently change the oil and check a few things if they did those at all as I checked the oil with the dipstick and it is still as black as when I took the car in.I will never trust them again .it cost me over $400 for as far as I can see nothing dome.Added laterI missed the call as it was early. I sent them a message but got no reply. I guess they really didn't want to talk about itIt may surprise the gentleman who wrote their reply but I have had a diesel serviced before. The oil straight after the service was way darker than any other diesel service I have had before even at Muir's.There are a few things that I don't think we're done correctly I will not list them all but enough to say not even the hand brake was adjusted it still goes a long way up till it bites. A sign I believe that they didn't have enough time to service my car properly. They still charged the same though. I will not be going back as I can't afford to waist my money and I like to look after my car. I guess they just thought they can talk down to people or people won't notice that things were not done correctly.

If Google would allow me to put zero stars I would! The most rude and obnoxious service department I have ever dealt with in my life! The management are disrespectful and condescending. The stressful and upsetting experience I had here lost the sales team an opportunity, I went to Bunbury to purchase a new car instead.
