Comedy of errors when buying a new Ford everest from seaview ford. Electrical issues with the first one, paperwork issues as sales not talking to finance, and stupidly purchased the interior and paint protection package, which ended up with our paintwork being badly scratched. If you are buying from seaview ford, DO NOT pay for the paint and interior protection. It will not be done correctly. We returned the car to get the scratches fixed and interior protection applied correctly, but they just reapplied the paint protection as couldn't see the scratches! As well as ignoring the scratches, we were told we could collect the car the same day the paint protection was applied, and it was raining. It should be left for 12-24 hrs to dry before getting wet. We managed to get a refund for the amount we paid for the paint protection, but seaview Ford will not pay the $900 it is costing me to get the scratches removed by a professional company.The general manager Stephen does not care about customer satisfaction and was unable to provide any info on the 'professional' they use apart from they are called 'Mr Clean'. A google search does not return any information on this company. We are now raising a complaint via consumer protection to try to get the $900 back. See photos of the scratches after their first and second attempts to rectify.We took the car to Perth detailing centre who had the car for 3 days to buff out the scratches and apply the ceramic protection properly and let it dry before we picked it up. Would definitely recommend perth detailing centre to do a proper job.

We dealt with the used car department - what a mission. It perplexes me that it’s taken 8 days from purchase to picking the vehicle up. The finance guy was useless. Appalling service & will neither recommend nor deal with you again!

I bought a used car from them back in November, they supplied a mechanical report saying the vehicle was mechanically sound. I drove it 400 Kilometres and it broke down due to their workshops negligence. I have now only put 2000 Kilometres since November and I am now looking at total engine failure. I am not happy with this experience, do not buy any used cars from this dealership.
