Lane Ford

Generally good vehicle servicing but make sure you read the fine print which can be said for all dealerships. A few mistakes made but they've been rectified quickly. I've had better sales service from other ford dealers but this is my closest and I have the patience of a saint.

Just picked up our new Ford Everest and my husband and I could not be happier with the staff at Lane Ford Mandurah! Louie was amazing from our initial contact through to today. Very helpful and communicated with us so professionally and promptly! To Karen in finance! What a loan legend! She new all her stiff and was so quick to process everything! Also to Colin for taking my first drive with me, very brave of him while i was getting used to it! Looking forward to coming back for each service and extras when we are ready!

We absolutely loved our experience with Lane Ford from start to finish. Paul and Annette were a pleasure to deal with. They were very informative and thorough with every aspect of purchasing our car and our various pre delivery options that are available. They kept us in the loop with updates on our cars arrival date and Annette had our protection package applied and car ready for pickup before the agreed date! Paul is very knowledgeable of the cars he sells and gave us all the basics to get set up to drive away, including pointing out the very important chip holder. They even arranged a bow tie for our reveal! Highly recommend!

Purchased an X Trail from Lane Ford, the finance application was reasonabby smooth but ask the question before you go through tha application about the fees and charges in the back end. $990 Originators Fee, $550 application fee, $9.95/Month for the privildge of paying off a loan at 12.25%! Credit to Karen they held the contract while I searched for another deal, and Karen was helpful in removing the $990 as well as reducing the interest to 11.65% had to go with the deal from the yard.The sale process was another thing, felt railroaded throught the entire process by Louis. Very pushy, and focused on getting the signatures. NO time to negotiate, push push Wanted 11k for my trade in, offered $9k, I pushed a little harder and the offer was $9.5k, Quote Lucky that you got that as I am very busy at the moment"Came past our house to get signatures
