Don't get your car serviced here! Extremely disappointed with the service of my Ford ranger. Shabby work by the service technician as they left a tool still attached to the bottom of the car. The car was kept overnight instead of returning the same day which means I was without a car for work the next morning. The low oil level light came on while I was driving the car. This happened on my drive 1,400km up north and i was anxious all the way there and back as the low oil level light came back on twice during the trip. Had to pull immeditely over to the nearest fuel station and get the engine oil topped up as when i checked it was below the line on the rod!!! How can this pass their checks? When communicated this issue, the manager Sam dismissed my concerns by saying he is surprised that the oil light came on" and failed to respond to my emails thereafter (hence the review). Also he neither answered any of my calls nor returned them - quite cowadly for a manager! Please avoid this place for servicing your car if you care for your vehicle. Will avoid this place at any cost as it almost wrecked my 5 year old Ranger!"

Just wanted to say the customer service was second to none. I recently purchased a used Ford ranger, which within 3 weeks of owning it, it developed a coolant leak. I called up the salesman to let him know and despite not having stat. warranty as the kilometres on the car were too high, loris the general manager told me bring the car straight back, gave me a loan car and fixed mine free of charge. Thanks very much guys!

I purchased a new car from this dealership, less than a year later the battery had failed and left acid damage to the car and brake lines. The dealership accepted it was a warranty repair and replaced the battery and sent the vehicle to a paint shop. I received the vehicle back, they had attempted to spray over the damage with black paint. I found the car was covered in black overspray and several chips to the paint were the vehicle had been damaged during storage at the dealership for 2 weeks, a loose front wheel with scratched rim and what was essentially an unroadworthy/unsafe car. This was just the beginning of my nightmare with this dealership, dealing with incompetence and un co operative department heads, with the dealership not wanting to take any responsibility for what had occurred, I was left with a brand new car that I was unable to drive as it was unsafe. I have just experienced one of the best service departments, I have ever attended for a service of my vehicles. The great customer serviced started from my original booking where the lady called about my online booking, and making sure they had exactly what I needed doing and to recommending a free loan car so I would not have to wait around. The moment I got out of my car in the driveway, I was met by Josh from the service department even though they were not open yet. He went over my notes and concerns, then gave me the loan car. I was in and out super quick. The friendly lady at the desk called to say the car was ready, and went over everything that was completed and then confirmed my extra service requirement findings with Josh.McInerney Ford your staff can hold their heads high, and you should be proud of them. The car may have been brought from another dealership, however you will be the only service centre which will be trusted with my new Ranger for every aspect of its maintenance going forward.

Had the absolute pleasure of having Paul Zappia at McInerney Ford Morley look after us for the purchase of our new Ford Everest. Paul is old school, based on honesty, straight forwardness, integrity and delivers what he says. The manager Loris is the same and he makes the entire dealership run like a clock. I have no reservations in recommending McInerney Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Terrible service experience! Sam the manager was dismissive of the issues I had with their log book service of my car and their technicians passed & returned the car with more issues than when I handed it in (had no issues when I dropped it off). Happily took the full payment but zero after care - unprofessional & unaccountable. Avoid!

Mate Had a ford ranger go in to try find out what a problem was for a warrantee job and they removed all the intake manifold and other parts and left it all in the back seat with heaps of missing hardware and still no conclusion.Not a chance I’d ever use this workshop…Do ya self a favour and go to titans.
